Frequently Asked Questions

We require at least a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Any less than 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee. 


Yes! We have a 15-minute grace period for all in-office appointments. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a "no-show", and you will be charged a $100 fee. 


We travel up to 45 miles from our home office. See our "Policy" section for more information on travel pricing. 



Post-treatment instruction cards are given out at the end of each appointment. Lost your card? That's okay! Our care instructions are listed on our "Post-Treatment" menu.
